GF-USA Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the GF-USA Affiliate Program! Before registering, please review these Terms &
Conditions carefully. By joining the program, you agree to abide by the rules and policies
outlined below.
1. Commissions
• Standard commission: 20% per sale.
• Payouts are processed once the $50 minimum balance is reached.
• Affiliates can earn commissions on their own purchases when using their affiliate link.
Commissions are tracked automatically through your unique affiliate link or QR code.
2. Refund Policy & Reversals
• Our refund grace period is 20 days. If a customer requests a refund within this period, the related commission will be reversed.
3. Payment Schedule
• Payments are sent via the chosen payout method after the 20-day refund grace period. Minimum payout threshold: $50.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
• Affiliates must promote GF-USA products honestly and avoid misleading claims.
• Spamming or unauthorized advertising is strictly prohibited.
• Affiliates may share links via websites, social media, email, QR codes, and offline
promotions.
5. Termination
• GF-USA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time if
these Terms are violated. Commissions earned up to the termination date will still be paid if they qualify.
6. Program Changes & Termination Rights
• GF-USA reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without
cause, at our sole discretion.
• GF-USA may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time.• Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or dashboard alerts.
• Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of
the new terms.
7. Agreement
By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms &
Conditions.
